While not necessarily the Bad Ash Publishing official stance, I’ll try to encapsulate the general consensus we shared over drinks during working sessions regarding BAP’s political stances on stuff.
#1. Our stories are for the readers. All of them, no matter who they are or what dimension/realm they may have originated in. If they want a good story, we hope they find one in one of ours.
#2. We don’t do politics. We have political opinions sure. But that’s not what our worlds, or social media accounts, are about.
#3. BAP doesn’t take sides in politics. Our characters may, usually in the form of nasty government conspiracies involving demon or alien invasions, but not BAP.
#4. We support the stories and the worlds they create. Except for that one guy…. yeah his… hmmmm…. Yup, maybe not his. But that’s not politics. He disparaged my football team at a time of deep emotional vulnerability and that is still a sore spot.
