Review:
When you can see all of human existence spread out before you, and all you can see is humanity’s death. What will you do to steer the events that give humanity a chance to exist?
I love this book, this series, and this author. Jean is most well known for her Romance series, but she had this series and a prequel series in this world. The characters are interesting and diverse, her military stuff rings true, and the development of plot is excellent. Now there have a been a few criticisms 7of her portray of her military – note it is in the future and has different rules, but it didn’t twig me with any “too stupid” issues.
Ia (eey-ah) is determined to do whatever is necessary to follow the path through time to ensure the survival of humanity. And if that means she has to be a Marine and risk her life over and over again – well the fate of all humans is worth it, right?
My only issue? I don’t have time to reread the entire series right now.
